If you want to pick up the order yourself, please schedule an appointment with us in advance via email. Customer pick-up is available on Wednesdays & Thursday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM(Except holidays) ; pick-up at other times are not accepted.

Important Update: Due to a warehouse relocation, self-pickup will only be available until April 3rd. Please plan your pickup accordingly. For future pickup schedules and the new pickup address, please contact our customer service team.
